Leaving from Adrian’s bike shop in Freshwater at 10.30am (turn up at 10.20).  This is a no-drop, social road bike ride aimed at supporting those just getting into cycling or returning to cycling after a break….or those just fancying a sociable ride through the lanes of the West Wight!  Distance covered is usually around 30 – 40km with a coffee and cake stop in the middle.
